The first section of these photos is around St Pancras, where the works to build the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and the new northern terminus have led to there being a bunch of cranes around, along with diesel (rather than electric) trains, so it's grimier than ever under the vast arch.

The second chunk of photos are around Covent Garden and Holborn, in the early part of a quiet Good Friday night.
